Banjo-Kazooie spiritual successor tease by ex-Rare team
From time to time do you ever find yourself still reminiscing over the great days of Banjo-Kazooie? Well, when Rare rarely raises its brows and knowingly winks about restoring the bear and bird duo, many former members had proclaimed they are working on a spiritual successor.
The Playtonic Games is a newly formed UK studio that is currently made up of six staff members who previously worked for game giant Rare.

The company says it wishes to make a commendable successor to those affectionately remembered platforming adventures built in before.
There are no more details from Playtonic for now however they launched an image to entice everyone. It has featured two pairs of cartoony and bright eyes bordered by lush jungle shrubbery. The outline of the beak between the beadier pair is also detected and the lower set seemed to have bordered by brighter and flared patches that looks like a gecko. Is this the comeback of Gex too?
Anyhow, Playtonic stated that Project is still very untimely in expansion, and the company anticipates the take from fans to help figure its path as things start to take shape.
For the time being, Rare never ruled out the probability of another Banjo-Kazooie official game and has not also made any public plans since Banjo-Kazooe” Nuts and Bolts in 2008.
That would be awesome if Playtonic release a new Banjo as this was definitely a classic franchise back in the days. Given the technology and graphics in today’s gaming you could only imagine how great visually this game will be.
