While Sony revealed its long-awaited installment at the third time, it will launch a kick-starter campaign to start as soon as the announcements have already given. There’s something inquisitive about Shenmue 3 on Kick-starter. Since it only asks for $2 million, it spent $47 million to develop and build the original game. It seems that people want Shenmue 3 so bad, because, within an hour, the campaign had crossed $1 million already. In less than 12 hours, it apparently hit $2.4, Million. No doubt, it becomes the number one list of the campaign.
Before passing half a day, it reached its funding goal. In about nine hours, it accumulated $2 million in donations. During this writing, the campaign is currently sitting at $2.4 million. Not known about the game, but Yu Suzuki appeared on Sony’s stage, making a pledge that the players will have a full Shenmue experience.
