If you are fond of Friday the 13th, you probably know who Jason Vorhees is. If you haven’t seen any of his movies, well he is the masked murderer of the said movie. He is not an ordinary murderer, in fact, he was killed, and yet alive for the next story. The good news today is, this masked murderer will arrive to Mortal Kombat next month, as announced by NetherRealm Studios on Thursday.
Even if NetherRealm revealed the arrival of Jason in the game, as well as revealing as to when he will be available, he did not show any gameplay or moves of Jason, which most players have been waiting for. A lot of speculations about the secrecy that the details will be revealed in time. Out of the four DLC, Jason Vorhees is the first that will come to Mortal Kombat X in $30 Kombat Pack. You need to pay first to permanently add them to your game, but you can try Jason Vorhees and DLC characters for free afterwards.
In the game, there will be three fighters namely Tanya, Kombat Pack, and Tremor. As previously stated, Mortal Kombat X was released for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. According to Ed Boon, the co-creator of the game, Mortal Kombat X has garnered the highest and biggest launching in the franchise history so far. The game will be released for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 this summer. For more information about Mortal Kombat X, try to check the GameSpot’s review.
